Custom Harvester Survey Custom Harvester Survey form to help establish prevailing wages for custom harvesters, to assist employers of harvesters to comply with provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

for employers to verify the industry in which their business is classified as well as make any needed updates to mailing and physical addresses and county location(s). The Industry Verification forms are used for the Annual Refiling Survey conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. It helps ensure employment and wage data is accurately reflected for the appropriate industry. See an example of an email participating employers may receive. Multiple Worksite Report (MWR)

Multiple Worksite Report form

for employers to share employment and wage data for specific establishments/worksites. We conduct the Multiple Worksite Report Survey in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics to allow for greater geographic detailing of employment and wage data by industry. Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics Survey (OEWS)
Please note: there are several options of OEWS form formats, and the forms for schools are customized. The examples at the right reflect the most commonly used formats.
OEWS fillable PDF form OEWS fillable Excel form (but shown here as a PDF file) to establish percentile wage data (including average wages) for 600+ occupations, and to provide occupational employment levels used in developing occupational employment and demand projections. We conduct the Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics Survey (OEWS) in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics to determine South Dakota-specific statewide and area wage estimates and employment and demand projections for 600+ specific occupations.
