Barber Reciprocity Application

Verification of All Past/Present Licensure - If you are applying for reciprocity, you will need to contact the state where you are currently licensed as a barber to request they send our office a certification of your barber license from that state. Please note a photocopy of your license is NOT a license certification. You must request the certification from the other state board office and they will send directly to our office by email or mail to: SD Board of Barber Examiners, 217 W.
