According to South Dakota Codified Law (SDCL) 51A-13-2, banks are required to submit an annual report to the Director of Banking. The forms required for the report are available online in Adobe PDF format unless otherwise noted.

Do not remit paper checks to the Division for semi-annual assessments, as they will be returned.
