License Renewal
Check your license expiration date using our online verification system.
Licenses renew every two years, and renewal forms are available only to those needing to renew.
Online applications will be available from October 1 until June 30 of the following year. If you are unsure if your license is due for renewal, please contact the commission office.

License renewals must be received by the commission by November 30. Licensees renewing after the renewal deadline owe a late fee. Below is the late fee payment schedule:

The applicable late fee must be enclosed with the renewal fee or the renewal application will be returned.
As of July 1 following your renewal year, if you have not completed the application process you will need to reapply for your license and complete the required prelicensing education and exams.
