From time to time, the South Dakota Plumbing Commission will propose changes to existing statutes or rules.
The Plumbing Commission is in the process of adopting rules. The effect of the proposed rules will be to align notification requirements to the functionality of a new database, align rules with the intention of SDCL 36-25, and clean up language or clarify existing rules.
