Scheduling an Appointment

Getting Ready for Your Appointment

Complete Before Your Appointment

Please complete the steps below before your appointment. That way, we will have more time to focus on your job search and answer questions. If you have trouble, no problem, we will help you during your appointment.

• Make sure you have an email address you can check. We will send your appointment information to that address. Don’t have one? This is a good time to set one up. You can create a free email account with popular and reliable providers like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or Proton Mail.
• Register in SDWORKS. Make sure you have an SDWORKS account. Don't have an account yet? Here’s how to create one.
• Complete and submit the forms in the Intake Packet: English| Spanish.
  • Please attach documents that prove who you are and that you’re allowed to work in the United States if you did not do so when signing up for SDWORKS.
    
    • View list of acceptable documents.

Bring to Your Appointment

• A list of your work experience and educational background, with dates. This helps us get to know you and understand your goals.
• The documents that prove who you are and that you are allowed to work in the United States. If you don’t have these documents, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
