Advisory Council

The Reemployment Assistance Advisory Council (formerly the Unemployment Insurance Advisory Council) is established by South Dakota Codified Law (SDCL) 61-2-7.1. The task of this advisory group is to review the reemployment assistance program as to its content, adequacy and effectiveness and to make recommendation for improvements.
