Money Transmitter License Renewal

Licensees must use the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) to submit their renewal requests through the NMLS website.

The renewal fee is $800 as set by Administrative Rule of South Dakota (ARSD) 20:07:21:02.

Licensees must submit renewal requests by Dec. 1, or the Division will charge a $200 late fee.
