Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity
Data for Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity Planning
For demographic data needed to complete Affirmative Action or Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) plans, we recommend using the five-year estimates (2014–2018) from the American Community Survey. The data is available by using the EEO Data Tool on the U.S. Census Bureau's website. From the EEO Data Tool menu, choose the appropriate table and geography type to meet your needs.
The data sets below are available through these direct links:
Disability Characteristics by Age
Limited English Speaking Status
Search for other needed data on the U.S. Census Bureau's website.

Please note: The source of all data required in Affirmative Action and EEO plans are U.S. Census Bureau data, and as such, the LMIC is not able to answer questions about the data or provide guidance on the completion of those plans. The links above are provided here strictly as a convenience for our labor market information customers.
