Health Insurance for Small Employers
Provided you have a sufficient number of employees who will participate (normally 75%, excluding those who are covered elsewhere) and willing to contribute part of the premium (normally 50% or more), then you have access to any health insurance policy offered to you by any company in the small employer market. The insurance companies can not turn down a small employer due to health status of those who would be covered under the policy.
