Complaints
The South Dakota Abstracters' Board of Examiners investigates complaints about the services provided by licensed Abstracters.
Filing a Complaint
- Complaints must be filed in writing and notarized. (Use the Complaint Form available in Adobe PDF format.)
- Complaints must clearly and succinctly identify the facts and circumstances surrounding the situation arising to the complaint.
- The complaining party must attach to the complaint copies of any pertinent documents or evidence supporting the complaint.
- Send your completed complaint forms and any documentation to the Board using our Contact Us information.
