If you have an allegation of noncompliance against an appraiser licensed/certified with the Appraiser Certification Program, please contact our office using the contact information below. View a roster of licensed/certified appraisers.
Disciplinary Actions
Public information regarding disciplinary action taken against a real estate appraiser is available upon written request to our office using the contact information below.
Include in the request for information the name of the appraiser and the appraiser's city and state of residence. (Disciplinary action may include denial, suspension, censure, reprimand or revocation of a certificate by the Department. (See Administrative Rule of South Dakota (ARSD) 20:14:11:03.)
