Compensation and Other Rates
Weekly Workers' Compensation Rate: Effective July 1, 2023, the minimum is $515 and the maximum is $1,029. See historical weekly workers' compensation rates (Adobe PDF format).
Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for permanent total disability (PTD): Effective July 1, 2023, there was a 3.0% increase. See historical COLA rates (Adobe PDF format).
Mileage Rate effective Sept. 12, 2022 (only for travel to and from treatment): $0.51/mile. See historical mileage rates (Adobe PDF format).
Reimbursement Rates for Meals
The following reimbursement rates are effective as of July 1, 2019.
In-State Meal Rates
$6.00 Leave before 5:31 a.m.; return after 7:59 a.m.
$14.00 Leave before 11:30 a.m.; return after 12:59 p.m.
$20.00 Leave before 5:31 p.m.; return after 7:59 p.m.
$40.00 Total
Out of State Meal Rates
$10.00 Leave before 5:31 a.m.; return after 7:59 a.m.
$18.00 Leave before 11:30 a.m.; return after 12:59 p.m.
$28.00 Leave before 5:31 p.m.; return after 7:59 p.m.
