Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is funded under Title V of the Older Americans Act and is administered by the Department of Labor and Regular (DLR).

DLR develops partnerships with non-profits and government agencies to provide individuals, age 55 or older, the opportunity for a valuable part-time work experiences and other training activities to become competitive in today’s workforce.

Notice of Public Review for the SCSEP State Plan

The purpose of the State Senior Community Service Employment Plan is to improve coordination among organizations engaged in older worker activities and increase entered employment for older workers. The State Plan is posted for public review for seven calendar days. The review period will close Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Any individual or organization may comment on the State Plan.
