Licenses renew every two years, and renewal forms are mailed only to those needing to renew. If you are unsure if your license is due for renewal, please contact the commission office.

License renewals must be received by the commission by November 30, 2011. Licensees renewing after the renewal deadline owe a late fee. Below is the late fee payment schedule:
