Notice of Public Hearing to Adopt Rules
May 9, 2013

A public hearing will be held in the Main Floor Conference Room, Anderson Building, 445 East Capitol Ave, Pierre, South Dakota, on May 9, 2013 at 10 a.m. to consider the adoption and amendment of proposed rules to the following. View or print the rules text (in Adobe .pdf format*):

Chapter 47:03:05

The effect of the rules is to revise the workers compensation fee schedule;
The reasons for adopting these rules are to change references to the most current version of the relative values manual the department uses, and to update the list of facilities covered in the rules.

After the hearing, the Division of Labor and Management will consider all written and oral comments it receives on the proposed rules. The Division may modify or amend a proposed rule at that time to include or exclude matters that are described in this notice.

Notice is further given to individuals with disabilities that this hearing is being held in a physically accessible place. Please notify the Division of Labor and Management at least 48 hours before the public hearing if you have special needs for which special arrangements must be made. The telephone number for making special arrangements is 605.773.3681. Material sent by mail must reach the Division of Labor and Management by May 9, 2013 to be considered.
