New Hire Reporting - Laws
New hire reporting is required by the federal Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Pub.L. 104-327). New hire reporting is also required by the State of South Dakota under SD Codified Law 25-7A-3.3.
