Funding to Support AI Adoption in Your Workforce
South Dakota businesses are encouraged to apply for competitive funding that supports AI adoption and workforce upskilling. When employees understand how to use AI tools effectively, they can focus on higher-value work that drives innovation and growth.
Awards are available in the following categories:
- Artificial Intelligence Business Discovery: Explore how AI can improve your operations with expert guidance on identifying high‑impact opportunities. DLR will provide a one-to-one cost share up to $5,000.
- Artificial Intelligence Training Implementation: Receive support to implement AI tools and provide employees with hands‑on, practical training. DLR will provide a one-to-one cost share up to $20,000.
- Artificial Intelligence Awareness: Offer your team free, basic AI awareness training to build foundational knowledge and readiness. DLR will provide $1,000 per employee for their time, not to exceed $10,000 total.
Applications are due Friday, August 7.
