2025 Employer Survey Report

DLR Publishes Employer Survey Results

The Department of Labor and Regulation recently conducted an Employer Survey in late 2025. The purpose was to identify hiring trends, training requirements, and workforce challenges directly from businesses.

The Department received just over 600 responses. An excellent response rate for the first year of the survey.

The executive summary compiled by the DLR team is available on the DLR Publications webpage. Please feel free to pass along to colleagues and other businesses.

The Workforce Development Council will review the report and provide recommended action items during its Spring 2026 meeting.
