Labor Law Posters

LMIC SURVEY

The "six-in-one" labor law compliance poster is available at no cost for all South Dakota employers and can be requested from any DLR job service office. Offers from private companies for state or federal posting requirements for a fee are scams and should be reported to the Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Protection.

The results are in!

We recently conducted a survey on the virtual labor market data system available from the Labor Market Information Center’s website. Nearly two-thirds of respondents reported it met their needs extremely well or very well and were extremely satisfied or very satisfied with its ease of use. At least 75 percent agreed the information is easy to understand and is reliable. If you have not checked it out yet, we invite you to explore the system’s wealth of information today!
