New DLR Website

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation (DLR) has launched a redesigned, mobile responsive website at dlr.sd.gov. The site also debuts the agency's new logo. The latest features include an events calendar with search capability, sliders to highlight announcements and resources, and mega menus for more direct links to forms, online applications and program information.

The organization of the new site may cause some bookmarks to come up with an error. Please navigate through the webiste and update any saved links accordingly. We are happy to assist in finding any information.

New Form I-9			State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) revised the Form I-9. Employers will be required to start using the revised form no later than January 22, 2017. Until then, you may use the version dated 03/08/2013 or a newer version. Among the changes in the new version, Section 1 asks for “other last names used” rather than “other names used,” and streamlines certification for certain foreign nationals.
