Testing - Fees

The cost of taking GED® tests at official South Dakota GED® Testing Centers must follow these guidelines:

Initial testing may not cost more than $75 for the first set of five tests, plus a $20 application fee.

Re-testing costs may not exceed $15 per test.

There is no charge for issuing the original certificate and transcripts. See Transcripts to order duplicates.
