According to South Dakota Codified Law (SDCL) 51A-13-2, banks are required to submit an annual report to the Director of Banking. The forms required for the report are available online in Adobe .pdf format* unless otherwise noted.

Do not remit paper checks to the Division for semi-annual assessments, as they will be returned.
